Calvary Baptist Church Reviews

What is it like working at Calvary Baptist Church?

Resident Assistant:
Calvary Baptist Church and Ministries used to stand for something, but after the founder passed away and his son took over, the ministry began to slowly decline. There is zero accountability at the top, the leader is very manipulative and insecure.
Challenging Gratification.
Director, Music Ministry in Brunswick:
Pros: I enjoy the freedom of being creative, including arranging music and writing music. I also enjoy helping others through the ministry of the church. Planning events is another bright spot for me, from helping other Leaders with their events to planning children's events. Overall, I would say I am challenged by the diverse tasks I encounter, but am so gratified when projects come together!
Cons: I do not like when communication breaks down and questions go unanswered. I believe in transparency as much as possible.
The teacher I work with is great.
Teacher Assistant in Midland:
Pros: Helping kids. Having the summer off to visit grandchildren.
Cons: Whinny people.
