What is it like working at Caesars Entertainment?
Is It Time To Move On?
Safety Coordinator in Las Vegas:
Pros: I like the people i work with and the benefits.
Cons: I fell I am underappreciated and not getting compensated for my work. I have been without a manager for over 3 months and have not heard if I will get that position or if they found someone to fill it. I have picked up all responsibilities and have not even been offered a pay raise for it.
Hotel Manager in Las Vegas:
Pros: I like my hotel director. She is open to talk to and she always there for me to reach out to. I think she is a great mentor and I would follow her if she left. She knows what she is doing and is willing to teach.
Cons: I don't like the cliente. People want to argue about hotel policy and always want confrontation.
Pay skill very low in engineering department, and meals is not good, company policy is irritating,
Maintenance Technician in Dubai:
Pros: I like my position whatever here but management not respond our problems.
Cons: Nothing
Degrading.
Security Officer in Council Bluffs:
Pros: The benefits
Cons: The pay, and lack of trust in employees
I enjoy testing the internal controls over financial reporting.
Senior Internal Auditor in Las Vegas:
Pros: Working close to the financial statements to ensure they are accurate.
Cons: Being under paid compared to my peers
Stressful but rewarding.
Graphic Designer in Indianapolis:
Pros: I originally began as a freelance graphic designer and when I applied for this job, I didn't have a degree in design and was up against other candidates who did. I appreciate the fact that this employer saw in me what I always knew but was hesitant to take a chance on, I was naturally talented. So, even though I didn't have actually work experience with another employer or a degree in the field, they took a risk on me as I did in changing careers. I'm a creative and they saw that in my resume with my breadth of work within the marketing field and two degrees.
Cons: It's a fast paced, fast turn around environment that is highly stressful with hefty deadlines. It can be draining for a creative to have to work so fast in an environment that doesn't have lead way to balance work and life since casinos/hotels are hospitality, we work 24/7. It's very hard to recharge and actually take time off of work so you can be the best employee and produce the best work for your employer.
