Cactus Club Cafe Reviews
What is it like working at Cactus Club Cafe?
It's very fast paced and can be stressful as we're often understaffed. The exceptions of everyone are very high, and it's rare to get a break during your shift to eat.
Line Cook in Abbotsford:
Pros: I love the people I work with. My coworkers are the reason I'm still there.
Cons: I don't feel valued or appreciated. I don't usually get a break to eat food.
Tons of fun, stressful, and overwhelming.
Line Cook in North Vancouver:
Pros: Being able to cook amazing food a Nd making people happy
Cons: No free food, I have to tip waitresses to sit at the bar after my shift even if it’s empty. I spent the night making waitresses more in tips than I make in 2 days of 16hrs of work. I shouldn’t have to pay them. I have been told my work ethic is bad when it’s one of the best and had managers apologize for their actions. It should be the other way around. I have been told my work ethic is outstanding by many many people at different locations
