Pros: The environment, the people and the feeling of helping others as well as the feeling of self worth.
Cons: It's a contract ending in March, and I would love to continue this job.

Pros: I always have a variety of work to do, it's never boring. The people I work with are great.
Cons: HR has slotted my into a web administration job description, though I am currently doing more that what is in the original description. If I left there would need to be two if not three people hired to replace me.
