CBI Health Group Reviews

What is it like working at CBI Health Group?

Poorly paid staff all around.
Operations Manager in Winnipeg:
Pros: The clients, teammates
Cons: No respect from National, CEO or anyone above our director. Poorly organized, no follow up/follow through on promises made. "We're in the process of a wage review, so we can't give the staff raises now- it'll be soon, we hope." - every manager/director since 2017
Great learning experiences.
Administrative Assistant in Edmonton:
Pros: vast scale of tasks and self improvement opportunities through experience gathered on the job
Cons: Lack of pay raise
Good job.
Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Stoney Creek:
Pros: working with clients in their homes
Cons: work every other weekend so work 12 days with 2 days off afterwards
Registered Massage Therapist in Port Hawkesbury:
Pros: Good benefits. Retirement savings, good co workers.
Cons: Constant push to do better even if you are comfortable in your techniques and practice. Criticism.
So so.
Administrative Assistant in Red Deer:

Cons: The pay is terrible and currently I am being overworked to the point of a mental breakdown and my management won’t help me
Personally Fulfilling Every Day!
Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Bowmanville:
Pros: Work independently and the help I provide for my clients.

I love what I do, but I'm under paid and over worked to the point of being burnt out.
Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Sudbury:
Pros: The clients.
Cons: Management, not having a supportive team being throw under the bus so they don't have to take accountability for their mistakes.
