Cons: Recent amount of layoffs, recent changes that takes away employee perks, frequent restructuring, the pressure of closing services and yet making bonusing harder to meet compared to how it was before

Pros: I dont have to work overtime
Cons: They expect expert service to customers, but lean hard on employees who perform. If you let management make fun of you, you can be as lazy as you want. If customers appreciate your service, then you're expected to work harder.

Cons: Stressful, no backing from managers, incompetence and errors are not written up or handled correctly

Pros: I like the flexibility and independence in my work . I am currently working two positions in the operations department and have been trained in 4 different positions. Schedules are very flexible and can be increased to 40 hours and decreased as low as 27 hours according to my availability.
Cons: I don’t feel I am fairly paid for the amount of effort I put into my work and skills I bring to the table. I feel I am being taken advantage of my work ethic and my years of experience.
