Bayshore Reviews

What is it like working at Bayshore?

Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Fredericton:
I find you are never told you are doing good, you are just a number, as long as a shift is covered that is all that matters, there are workers that will not work weekends or evenings and when we were hired we had to be ready to work any shift. I get called to do shifts because workers are done for the day. They do not give some of us a rest we end up doing the extra work when they have a regular worker and will not work a longer day. Bayshore does not stand up to what they promise a worker or never has with me. My time is coming to retirement soon then what will happen then what is going to happen.
Stress.
