Great job, fast paced, fun environment.
Manufacturing Process Engineer in Mississauga:
Pros: company does a lot of fun extras you won't see elsewhere (gym in building, annual AGM is a blast, lots of clubs). Work is challenging, interesting and engaging. Support is always available to those who ask.
Cons: Pace is fast and demands are high. Company is growing fast and growing pains are felt by all. Area is very expensive to live in and surrounded by gridlock.
Process Engineer:
Great company to work for, lots of little perks including office gym, fuseball & ping pong, loyalty program, and great parties for Xmas and company AGM. Extremely young work force with an odd amount of Irish immigrants.
Biggest struggles are communication, accountability and planning. Company growth is hard to keep up with. Highly recommend.
