Apple Computer, Inc Reviews
What is it like working at Apple Computer, Inc?
Stick in the but t.
Software Engineer in Cupertino:
Pros: Many talents here, lots of pressure. Benefits are not great compared to big competitors, but can't complain compared to the rest of the world.
Cons: Too many people have that permanent stick in their but t, that makes it very annoying and hard to work with.
This is not a family-friendly company. Benefits around family are almost non existent, and in general the support from managers and colleagues has been non-existent for me
Progressive Company.
Customer Service Advisor in Houston:
Pros: The diversity and of community with coworkers from around the globe
Cons: Not always good communication between operations and management
Great company.
Electronics Technician in San Diego:
Pros: They treat us well
Cons: I don’t think they pay enough, or take into consideration cost of living
Great rapport, poor compensation transparency.
Computer / Network Support Technician in Los Angeles:
Pros: I love the work. I did agree with the internal practice of opportunities for upward mobility. Apple has not done enough to resolve issues of racial inequalities internally.
Cons: The hidden compensation of internal positions or growth opportunities.
Unappreciated.
Assembly Line Worker, Factory in Cork:
Pros: I love having the responsibility of supervisors role but I feel unappreciated as they won’t make my job permanent
Cons: They won’t make my position permanent and don’t pay me the same as full time supervisors even though I do same as them and have been doing so fit 10 years
Good to work for just not for a long time.
Technical Specialist in Humble:
Pros: The pay and relaxed atmosphere with employees
Cons: Favoritism in the company.
Great management, coworkers, and benefits but limited pay and growth opportunities.
Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Pflugerville:
Pros: Environmentally conscious and creator of beautiful products.
Cons: Top level customer service is considered entry level and pay reflects that.
