Great place to work, with a management team that demands a lot but cares for their teams. There are many skilled people at Agilent so it is a great place to learn and build new skills, it is fast paced but you get a general sense that people care about their jobs and feel that they make a difference in the world.

Cons: It's a conservative culture and they are slow to improve processes. Very limited resources and support for what they looking for in recruiting needs.
