Great Rewards.
Software Developer:
Pros: I feel satisfied about the level of knowledge gained and contributed.
Good to work in the cutting edge of information systems and methods.
Good satisfaction from contributing into humanity in any small way.
Great people around from a diverse background and experiences.
Good paced but moderate stress level as in any other office work I reckon.
Good management, helpful in general contributes to my overboard efforts in return.
Cons: No promotion prospect. Regardless of gained experience.
No health or even basic dental perks.

Friendly Environment, Office Conditions, The Management.
Software Developer:
Pros: They are willing to take risks on new graduates. They provide a career development path and the training to achieve it. Many projects occur simultaneously and offer the ability to move from project to project as your skills improve.
Cons: Lower than expected pay. Longer than ideal commute.

Pros: Work mates at the work place, casual wears,
Cons: Never appreciate for the work done, partiality.

Software Developer:
Pros: Multiple roles.
- Switching between support and development team.
- Assigned to work on logical solutions as well as technical.
- Cooperate with coworkers to attain the same goal.
Cons: - Poor company perks: Annual bonus wages missing.
- No clear hierarchy of superiors (I'm under 3 supervisors to handle their request simultaneously.)
- Lack of man power leads to overuse of existing staff resources.
- Poorly staffed.

Corporate Culture Is Bad, Work Flexibility Is Great.
Software Developer:
Pros: Work Flexibility and office conditions are great. The policies we follow for increment is awesome. Stress levels are also not so much.
Cons: Perks and management and corporate culture is none in my present work place.

Pros: Challenging and something new all the time.
Mentally stimulating.
Flexible work schedule.
Cons: If you want to stay on top, you'll constantly need to be working to keep yourself up to date with new technologies.
You occasionally have to put in unpaid hours when it is crunch time.
