Challenging in positive way.

Pros: The people I work with and those that report to me.
Cons: Continous movement of postions overseas. We need balance.

Senior management are in cloud 9. Decision made at top level are not thought thro. When cascading it to lower teams its filled with lots of fluff. Decision taken with no ones interest. Just a power game. The only good is work from home and flexi hour. Cant recommend.
