More than a Gym and Swim.
Aquatics Director in Spencer:
Pros: my co-worker and connecting to people in the community, making a difference is peoples lives.
Cons: the hours are not very flexible, the constant change in roles(lifeguard, swim lessons, aqua fitness instructor,ect
A passion with no funding.

Cons: Not being compensated the same salary options as the other directors
Very rewarding job that changes lives.

Pros: Seeing the difference I can make.
Cons: the amount of paper work and meetings
If you like to be independent, love creating your own programs, and don't mind sharing a house with other people, then this is a great job.
