Great Hospitality Experience.

Pros: How everyone is so welcoming and kind-hearted
Cons: As for me, it gets a quite boring if you have been in the same position (floor staff) for 3 years
It's ok but I'm not always given the right help to do my job effectively and have new employees thrust apon me and I am expected to train and work with them with no prior experience.

Cons: The lack of loyalty to their long time employees in favour of maximising profits, as well as a sufficient lack of care and consideration for the customer's satisfaction.
