Was great until new manager had other ideas.

Cons: very little since new department manager took over

Cons: It can be challenging when something gets put on us to learn and do pretty instantly whilst making sure your stats are good & you take care of the quere and pass the call ! One little mistake and it could fail too many fails and your in trouble !
