Cons: All positions are not paid enough for all the hard work and hours they work. Always pushed and short staffed.

Cons: It has an ambiguous status and role as a service provider by having many Drmenyia Residents and advertises as a Dementia Care Specislist with no facilitation for nor a presence of a Dementia Care Centre nor an hourly Pay rate of a Dementia Level Care for its Caregivers who look after for its Dementia Residents residing in its Hospital Care Centre.
Very challenging, high stress at times, But a good employer.

Pros: challenging environment, building Homes for the elderly to a high standard, it's rewarding when residence move in and compliment us on the apartment that they have bought
