What is it like working at Northrop Grumman Corporation?

Highly dependent on the program you’re on.
Design Engineering Manager in Redondo Beach:
Pros: I like my program and the people I work with. The work is challenging and fulfilling.
Cons: The executive leadership of the company is deaf to the needs of the employees and they are constantly trying to fix broken processes with even more broken processes.
Challenging, Rewarding, and Important.
Sr. Software Engineer / Developer / Programmer in Cincinnati:
Pros: I get paid very well doing something that I am very intigued by. I work with and for top notch people. Plus the vacation accrual is great, and recognition is frequent.
Cons: Sometimes the deadlines are stressful - particularly when they overlap. Also, managers are rotated far too frequently.
Great Company!
Software Engineer in Melbourne:
Pros: My coworkers are the best part of the job! Everyone laughs and works hard! We are good friends and all work together to get the job done successfully! Management listens to us and really does give us the power to make decisions and do the right thing the first time! I love it!
Cons: Some positions are only in-office positions which is stressful during the national pandemic, but they are trying to be as flexible as possible!
Stressful because at anytime something could malfunction causing a threat to lifess.
Aircraft Maintenance Technician in Richmond:
Pros: Helping keep America a safer place to live!
Cons: Stress. But if you werent stressed at all, them you probably dont have any integrity in your work and it is just a, "job"
Not terrible, but definitely behind others.
Stress Engineer in Los Angeles:
Pros: Work can be technically interesting Emphasis on quality of work
Cons: First Promotion takes 2 years if New Grad, not much way around it. Occasional slower pace and lack of work, fewer opportunities to show your worth and learn. High level processes in place, but documentation structure for certain areas is lacking and in need which makes knowledge transfer harder.
Underpaid.
Software Engineer in Anaheim:
Pros: People are very friendly and care about helping your career
Cons: The pay and lack of mobility into upper management
Aerospace Engineer:
Great environment to grow as an engineer. Managers did a fine job and would help you be successful. Extra perks/benefits were slowly eroded over time. Difficult to be compensated appropriately after educational or professional milestones are accomplished.
