Lots of programs, Company has room to improve to catch up the tech to other big aero companies but they are willing to listen which enables new hires to make big differences which is something I love personally. Salary is better than Spacex, Boeing, Lockheed, and other big companies. Glassdoor salaries are accurate per position.
Very demanding but a good opportunity.

It depends on who you work for and with. Currently, I have a great manager and things are great.

I liked working with Northrop Grumman. They are not perfect. I experienced pay inequity. They started given the people who only had 7-10 years experience the managers job leaving some of us without the opportunity to advance. Great education reimbursement to advance your education. I would have stayed but they wouldn’t match the offer I was given.
