National Australia Bank Reviews

What is it like working at National Australia Bank?

I enjoy helping people with their everyday banking needs.
Customer Service Advisor in Bunbury:
Pros: Helping people with their banking and teaching them the new digital way of banking
Cons: There is too many platforms for the information that is needed and tech drops out regularly
Mostly good but pay isn't that great.
Operations/Data Analyst in Melbourne:
Pros: Plenty of job growth opportunities and career opportunities. Mostly people and culture are positive and diversity is common.
Cons: Pay is quite low, need to work very hard and for long hours. Work load is quite a lot.
More with less.
Business Banking Manager in Brisbane:
Pros: Supporting clients, financial analysis
Cons: Increased admin burden on management, year on year reduced support staff.
Mortgage Banker in Melbourne:
Nab is a very inclusive and supportive organisation to work for. They have great working culture and are very customer experience outcome driven. Prior to the Royal Commission, it was a very sales driven environment. They also feed you lots of sugar and salt and carbs. Although there are many opportunities within the bank, progression within the company is painfully slow.
Good.
Assistant Manager, Mortgage Lending in Brisbane:
Pros: Good
Cons: Good
No stress. I wish.
Bank Teller in coffs harbour:
Pros: The people I work with and our loyal customers.
Cons: The job is very stressful, the incentives and bonuses are near impossible to get. And the targets are too high to achieve. Nab dont care about their staff. Only the ones who do exceptional. If you are doing more then your job requires but not making target you are seen as failing.
