At times rewarding, however the majority of the time it is frustrating as there is multiple people in management positions that are not qualified to perform the tasks required of them. The maintenance team with their planning and scheduling program is close to worlds best practice however every other sector is far from this standard. Until management make personnel accountable and follow through with disciplinary actions little will change. There is no up skill training or mentoring provided and rates of pay are below average.
