Grill'd Reviews

What is it like working at Grill'd?

Pay.
Fast Food Worker in Melbourne:
Pros: for the work you do they pay you little and essentially scam you by saying your still your doing a internship what last a year
Cons: the pay
Great flexibility, terrible pay.
Waiter/Waitress in Gosford:
Pros: Extremely flexible work environment, fairly laid back, but hard working when needs to be.
Cons: The hour rate is horrendously poor for the amount of work you do, and you get no weekend/public holiday benefits.
Campaign Manager in Melbourne:
An organisation loaded with enthusiasm and action. Evolving towards a great employer of choice. Regardless of role it would seem, everyone shares a strong ethical foundation to what we do and we move quickly to do it.
Grill'd is stressful.
Assistant Restaurant Manager in Melbourne:
Pros: problem solving
Cons: the massive workload and not a lot of time available to get it done.
