Doubletree Hotels Reviews

What is it like working at Doubletree Hotels?

Respected more by customers.
Food And Beverage Attendant in Oxford:
Pros: I enjoy working with customers as you can feel you are making a personal difference with them and making their experience positive. You get to meet some interesting customers and people. I honestly feel like the customers have more respect for the staff than management.
Cons: There is no hand on training provided. Employees are expected to work long hours with a short rest between shifts. There is no drive to increase the hotel reputation and management seems happy with sub par work ethic and standards.
Experience I have from this hotel is high I learned a lot of skills and knowledge especially ow that I am the one handling our Starbucks outlet.
