Deloitte Consulting LLP Reviews
What is it like working at Deloitte Consulting LLP?
Data Engineer in Boston:
Pros: They will pay for your training, your certifications, and pay you bonuses for getting the certifications. Plus, if you don't like the contract you are on, you can quit that one and do something else without having to leave the company, which also means you continue to get paid, even when you are on the bench.
Cons: Project management seem to have little training and have no idea on how to structure a successful project. My next manager will have to have a PMP or Scrum certification for me to consider working for them.
So far so good.
Management Consultant in Washington:
Pros: Seems to be flexibility in what you specialize in
Cons: Lots of emphasis on doing extra work outside of client engagements
The learning is immense.
Implementation Consultant in Bengaluru:
Pros: The interaction with colleagues, clients, and leadership. Their interest in seeing you grow as a professional.
Cons: The feeling that you're just a cog in the machinery.
Ant army.
Business Integration Analyst in Sacramento:
Pros: Opportunity to use tools to broaden skills.
Cons: Disrespect for personal boundaries and time. Disconnect between leadership, middle management and staff.
Projects are interesting and customers are recognized companies. The services are growing, however, experienced leadership is lacking.
Supply Chain Consultant in Montreal:
Pros: It's a healthy company overall. There is a drive to change company culture to provide better care of their employees, they are worried about inclusion and diversity, and also mental health during the pandemic.
Cons: Promotion processes are not very transparent, the company fails sometimes to apply methodologies and However, the mentorship is not very good as experience seniors always leave and Managers lack time to mentor and offer a better quality service. There is a huge " sell the service first and figure it out later" type of culture which can sometimes backfire.
Industrial-Organizational Psychologist in Annapolis Junction:
There are some aspects that are great for someone in the early stages of their career. There are some things that were also not explained adequately before accepting the job that have left a bad taste in my mouth. It is a place to get some great training and experience but not somewhere I would want to stay long. The culture could be improved in some areas.
Senior Professional Service Consultant in Ashburn:
Excellent company with great benefits; may underpay compared to peers; highly competent professionals with experts and leaders at every level. Great culture, and highly inclusive; Can be difficult to promote...have to be 'perfect' to break out.
