Pros: The Team and direct manager
Cons: The top management has made steps to isolate itself from the rest of the company.
Good but not the best.

Cons: Unplanned activities and pay
No trust and communication from the direct manager and limited things to learn from the job.

Pros: A very staff-oriented and caring company, a great place to work. Friendly senior management team willing to listen and make changes
Cons: Having a double-dealer direct manager pretending the team is doing fine but actually not willing to trust and no communication at all.

Pros: I like the reporte we've established within each team and my coworkers have definitely made the overall work experience pleasant. I like the knowledge I have obtained as well but do wish this same knowledge was better appreciated and valued overall.
