What is it like working at Century 21?
It’s good experience but I am not getting paid for what I do. Majority of the time I am also covering reception and doing the receptionist role.

Demanding, sstressful, time consuming.

Cons: the lack of flexibility, pay scale, no benefits
I like the job but need more pay.

Cons: I do not work at Century 21, my employer does. I'm taken advantage of day to day and end up working 50-60 hours a week and do not get paid overtime.
Boring at times.
