Okay.
Greeter in Sydney:
Pros: Working with the team
Cons: The pressures of being in 1 spot for most of the day and the money I earn
Customer Service Supervisor in Rockingham:
Pros: The company is there to support us through work and our side of work if needed
Cons: So customers get away with treating us like trash
Bunnings is great, management. Not so much (sometimes)
Warehouse Worker in Melbourne:
Pros: The pay is decent and it is a flexible work environment with generous bonuses and rewards.
Cons: Management seems to be an issue. At my store at least. Lack of communication and hesitant to let workers move to a new department is a bit off putting.
Retail Cashier:
As a team member for 5 years I have noticed that we need weekends to spend with family. Now I know we get our two days off but our partners and children are around for only 1 of those days some families neither of those days. Would it be possible to work our rosters so we get a Saturday & Sunday off every so often. Bunnings tell us they are family oriented so come on help us out...
