Working as sales assistant in this company is just ok. But I felt like the store managers tend to abuse their position and not appreciating what you are capable of doing and have a tendency have unfair treatment between employees.

Pros: I like working with people. I like the physical environment. I like jewellery.
Cons: The management who try to manage but they don’t really know their staff so they got wrong assessment when it comes choosing who are the staff they can depended upon and who are just a lousy one.
