I recommend 100% working for Globant.
Management Consultant in Madrid:
Pros: Through these years I always had the possibility to do everything that I wanted, my career was boosted by this freedom

Awesome.
Software Development Engineer, Test (SDET) in Chihuahua:
Pros: They are very employee satisfaction focused
Cons: Remote work is not 100% developed since there's many activities that I don't get to enjoy or many priviledges that I cannot enjoy unless I travel and travel expenses are not reimbursed
Great company, but it's hard to share it's culture with all clients.
Senior UX Designer in Bogotá:
Pros: You have direct access to a strong community in your field, you get good salaries that allow having a great quality of life in LATAM, great offices and they strive to take care of the internal culture even when working remotely.
Cons: Globant is great but every client and every project is a different world... You may be fortunate enough to land in a project that shares Globant's values but you may also end up working with clients that are used to hierarchical relationships and you may be seen and treated more like a provider than a partner that's equal.
Great environment for juniors.

Pros: Coworkers and company structure
Cons: not straightforward in regards to how to get a raise
Fair learning experience. Though redundant work. Depends on Projects.
