Great Company - Strong Benefits but weak Vacation scaling.

Pros: The people, and the impact of the project work we do, as well as the resources available for building your career are expansive. You can transition internationally, locally, US/Canada, and in your title laterally, or into something completely new.
Cons: The communication between upper management and lower management. It seems sparse. Or at least the relay from upper to Designers. Vacation scaling is slow.
