Cons: Wages seem sub-par and the atmosphere is contentious. I respect upper management though, middle management seems very chaotic and dramatic, probably due to rapid expansion and hiring.

Cons: - The projects I work on and how they are managed - Working on legacy systems with outdated, irrelevant technologies (as a software developer your marketable skills will atrophy quickly at this company) - Pullman Washington focus (it's very difficult to grow and succeed if you're not willing to relocate to the company's headquarters) - Weak base salary relative to the software engineering industry - They tend to assign responsibilities (direct reports, extra work, more project ownership) without any corresponding compensation (I know coworkers who have been doing the jobs of multiple people and/or performing above their title level for years without promotion or significant raises) - Preachy, Sunday school feel of the company's culture
