McDermott Incorporated Reviews
What is it like working at McDermott Incorporated?
Payroll Manager in Houston:
Pros: Love that I am not micro-managed and that McDermott is a company that promotes employees being treated fairly, though it is not enforced. There is a culture of respect.
Cons: As a manager, I do not receive bonuses and in four years only received one pay raise despite my being the only functional expert in SAP and working on multiple projects, sometimes simutaneously. More of a manager problem than a company problem.
Challenging and Rewarding.
Senior Process Engineer in Tyler:
Pros: The ability to make constant improvements to our tools and workflows.
Cons: Sometimes my efforts aren't recognized by the higher-ups.
