The Flexibility is Where Its At.

Pros: Being trusted to do my job without someone constantly looking over my shoulder. Having a relaxed atmosphere.
Cons: Technology is a little outdated, wish things could be more modernized.
Good place to work.

Cons: My training was not great. I’m on my own now and things are being asked of me that were not even touch on during training.
