The survey takes an average of 15 minutes to complete, and your contribution will be reflected in PayScale’s 2018 CBPR. As the largest industry report of its kind, the CBPR is one of the industry’s most significant documents each year. The report highlights key issues in HR and comp, and also analyzes their potential impact on the future. Last year’s edition covered:
- Organizations’ main compensation concerns and priorities for the year
- The disparities between what employees believe about pay and other workplace issues, and what employers believe
- What top-performing companies do differently when it comes to pay
