Pros: Easy to build working relationships with service companies, friendly and no commuting issues.
Cons: Henderson has a but of a "closed community" feel, limited access to services, medical community, shopping and activities. Employment opportunities limited and pay scale is on the low side of median.

Pros: Being able to wear my own clothes, and not a uniform. My ability to create documents / files, and use headphones to block out unnecessary office chatter.
Cons: Sometimes the environment is a little hostile. Granted there are other spaces in the office I may go when things get tense, but it is slightly stressful. It is like walking on eggshells when other office members are upset.
