Personal Assistant in Montego Bay:
Pros: The companies in Montego Bay are mainly international due to outsourcing/ BPO. Flexible work hours and dress codes. Some room for growth.
Cons: They do not value qualifications but will promote based on nepotism. One person can cause you to become stuck in a company that you want to grow with.

Cons: The leaving costs are high compared to to other parts of the country.
