Extremely demanding and stressfull at times. Management expects you to perform beyond office hours without compensation.

Cons: No transparency and fairness. A lot of unfairness in terms of salaries paid to staff.

Unless you are management, they really don't appreciate you at all. There is high staff turnover for everyone below management due to this fact, high dissatisfaction and low esteem is rife. Benefits are not great for most, pay is below average and the flexi-work policy is only if your manager likes you. No consistency across the company or building.
