At KPMG, leadership focuses on delivering sustainable quality services and products to clients. Junior staff is expected early on to show entrepreneurship and manage own client relationships, sales and revenues. Combining audit with advisory practices complicates engagements, but this is the same for all big4 firms. If you like to be a decision maker and take on a lot of responsibilities then Acxiom is for you. The pay is good but a bonus would make it nicer. Health and insurance options are very good as is the 401K match. Paid Days Off are generous, but only a bare minimum carryover is permitted, so use it or lose it. The culture is very caring. If you have a family emergency they will go out of there way to provide help and understanding.
