Human Resources (HR) Manager in Denver:
Pros: It’s my home. I love the energy of the city, proximity to the mountains, my family close by, and summertime here is the best!

At this current time it is very stressful. I work for two locations. There is a total of 500 employees. I am the only human resource employee for both hospitals.
Human Resources (HR) Manager in Tupelo:
Pros: I like that I am not micromanaged.
Cons: Employees seem to tell management what to do. The pay grade is not the same for two people with the same experience. The employees do not get yearly bonuses.
February 2022
Not really a great place to work.
Human Resources (HR) Manager in St. Louis:
Pros: I really like my co-workers who work in HR.
Cons: I do not like the fact that upper management only cares about themselves. I also hate that upper management are backstabbers and if you are not the favorite child they will talk bad about you behind your back and not care if you find out about it.
