Cons: Merge feels like a scramble sometimes. Lots of projects, status-checks, meetings, that at times detract from the ability to do deep work.

Red tape and no respect.

Pros: No one knows what I do or asks. Lucky for them I'm not wasting their time and actually work, but no one ever checks in.
Cons: Awful management, no talent, treat employees terrible. They don't value people at all. Turn and burn is the motto. Hire the weak and poor and rake advantage of their desperation but offer nothing for improvement.
