What it's like to work in Cape Town.
Human Resources (HR) Manager in Cape Town:
Pros: The people I've worked with at all organisations I've been with are great. I have encountered some toxic people but for the most part people are quite supportive in my experience.
Cons: Public transport in Cape Town is awful so getting to work is expensive due to rising fuel costs and results in heavy traffic. Workers are also paid less compared to workers in Joburg or so I've heard.

Ample Opportunities.
Human Resources (HR) Manager in Delhi:
Pros: Comparing Delhi with other cities, I have never faced or reported diversification issues due to caste, religion, language etc.

Delhi is filled with shopping malls and complexes. Nature is farther and if one decide to take a break from mundane routine, they have to travel first 8-11 hours journey.
