What is it like working at Thomson Reuters?

Senior Systems Engineer:
Thomson Reuters is a sinking ship. Pay is below market. There are yearly rounds of layoffs and outsourcing. They've cut so many people recently that I'm not sure how the work will get done. All the work is being sent to over seas contractors that do poor work.
Systems Engineer Work.
Systems Engineer, IT:
Pros: Work from home. Flex Time. 4 weeks vacation. Cell Phone. Annual raise.
Cons: No back fill on positions. Delayed raises. Layoffs. Too many changes in the corporate structure.
Client Support Manager, IT:
Pros: Challenging problem solving and maintaining a account list of clients to e retained and to grow with services up sells, building and partnering with clients trust and finding solutions
Cons: Structure support is bad, no room for management or career progression and commission plans not communicated or earnings are flawed to incorrect data
