Great, busy, exciting and I like it.

Pros: The challenge,the adrenaline,solving problems,customer interaction.
Cons: Turning a blind on serious issues that end up affecting turnover,no store manager,no rules staff do as they please.
Nice working environment but the salary and benefits aren't great.

Lots of pressure, stock loss and stock count is the most challenging. Only two days off a month and long hours. Working Sundays. The culture is great and the environment is cool. There is growth as well.
