This company started out good to work for, okay pay, okay hours, after the finalization of the merger, it took a deep dive, we are over worked and underpaid. Benefits aren’t the best either. Only good thing is 50$ for cable ultra internet and phone.
For the most part this job is really bad. Management is what’s causing the problem. The ever increasing demand on us field techs outweighs the compensation received. I have to work 100 hours just to get a pay check higher than 900$. Quota is always an issue, no matter how much work you pump out a guy with less jobs always seems to score higher than you.
