Depend on the station u are based but currently at the big station its too big for the station commander he alway demoralise our high morals by creating and writting unnecessary misconducts and which is treated withought fairness.

Pros: helping people and combat crime withought any fear nor favour
Cons: some management are captured by criminals making it hard for others to work freely to reduce criminal activity in the area.
Intensive analytical skills and production of information to role players but poor use of information.

Highly volitale and pressurised environment.

Pros: Seeing clients happy after a traumatic experience

Is not so good because we are not paid enough and we do risky job.
