Pros: I love the opportunity to learn about the whole spectrum of marketing and to practice its various components. I love the team – I learn so much from them and am grateful to be apart of this company.

Cons: The, at times, lack of clear direction. The demand for efficiency and productivity makes it difficult for creativity and joyful work ethic to thrive – for me at least.
