It's one of the best nursing homes I've worked at.

Pros: Teamwork is amazing.
Cons: Communication between shifts.
The management.

Pros: The people I work for , the elderly, they are exceptional people that have the wisdom of a fulfilled life. Some of them have seen a lot of hardships but still hold there own in this ever changing world we live in.
Cons: Only when there is nothing that you can do for them.
The job is very rewarding but hard work as well.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: They go over and beyond to take care of the patients and employees.
Cons: Floating around you never know where your gonna work would like a permanent section.
Work Life.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Pros: The influence I make on my patients, & that I work by myself on night shift.
Cons: The schedule, uniform, feel unappreciated.
