Pros: Great co-workers, great experience if you want to remain in engineering.

Cons: Bad business strategy = limiting salary expectations, high expectations from management with compensation that is not worth mentioning. People are treated like a machines that need "a little maintenance". You will learn how not to treat employees. (This is only the opinion from an ambitious person, where as if you are satisfied with "settling for what you can get" then you will love this company.)

Pros: Their educational prowess and training programs allows you to aquire vast amounts of experience.

Cons: The fact that there are people less qualified and with less qualifications but are considered better due to race.
