McDonald's Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at McDonald's Corporation?
Terrible.
Ronald McDonald House Manager in Conyers:
Pros: Some costumers brighten my day but that's it nothing else is good.
Cons: Management mainly because they don't do anything, they don't train anyone, the place is a complete mess.
They're OKAY...
Floor Supervisor in Livermore:
The benefits in my store is that you get flexible schedule, 25% off food when off, $10 allowance when working.
Rewarding.
Restaurant Manager:
Pros: Ability to socialize to various guests and staff members of all agea.
Cons: Been on fast food for a while I just need a different career.
General Manager, Restaurant:
Pros: I enjoy helping customers have a great experience and helping my employees have a great work experience.
Cons: I am on call 24/7, even during my vacation time. I don't get days off. 95% of my time at home is spent with my phone in my hand. I have 3 kids that I rarely get to spend time with.
Cook, Fast Food:
Cons: Not enough people and they expect to much.
McDonald's insight.
Kitchen Manager, Restaurant:
Pros: I like working for McDonald's cause of the fast-paced atmosphere and how everyone is like one big family. The pay is very nice for a kid my age who is also going to college full-time. Flexible scheduling, extremely nice front-office management and stock-options are my favorites.
Cons: The stress level for a job with this sort of pay just plain old sucks. Some nights I question why I even took my job. Customers can be very rude and being cussed at for other peoples mistakes isn't fun at all.
It was good except General did not take responsible.
Restaurant Manager:
Pros: Working enviroment.
Cons: The fact that people do not like to come to work when schedule but always want extra hours.
