It was okay. Not a very challenging job though and it’s difficult to find motivation so you have to be a very disciplined individual to keep going. Of course the management in the client support centre is beyond terrible. There’s a lot of red tape and a lot of victimization that goes on in that area. People aren’t awarded bonuses for hard work and are told its because they aren’t performing when the scope of performance is actually unclear. Yet the management team get huge bonuses. So we all know the less they give to the workers the more they get to keep for their own pockets. There is one particular leader in that space that needs to go and there may be some change, although she is currently on maternity leave, I personally don’t think she needs to stay a day longer upon her return. As part of Investec core values, is open and honesty. It’s a myth in the client support centre. You get victimized and eventually worked out of the place if you dare speak up, about anything. The lady that was heading the place has left in December and I think that’s good because she was running the show like a puppet master. Controlled all those leaders as they reported to her. I suppose that is why they were so clueless. That happens when you take orders from someone and not use your own brain to think. We often would ask questions about certain decisions and they would fumble and not know what to tell us. In that moment it would be obvious that she is controlling them. Investec is an amaz
