Registered Dietitian in Chicago:
I love my job and my patients. I love that Dietitians are an important part of the team. During this COVID-19 crisis it has been very clear that money comes before people. My Clinic Manager is great but the upper management is very poor.
More responsibility’s than other people in our field and less pay but better perks and benefits and flexible schedule.

Amazing, most days.
Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) in San Antonio:
Pros: There are times that work is stressful, especially when they are trying to reduce the TAP, which is usually breathing down the necks of employees. you almost feel inadequately staffed although according to state regulations you are not.
Cons: I love being able to build relationships with my patients and not just having them come in and out as if they were in a hospital. You get to really know and impact people daily. They are totally dependent on you!
Overworked and underpaid.
Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician in Millsboro:
Pros: The patients.
Cons: The company, the management, the lack of pt and care for employees. The understaffing and overworking. No bonuses or advancements.
Good.

Pros: Patients
Cons: Hours
It is definitely a for profit organization.
Clinical Manager in Waterloo:
Pros: I liked the location because it was close to home but they are closing the clinic in Nov. due to low profits in a rural area.
Cons: I feel like pt. care and needs should come first. The company makes millions of dollars every year.
